Flick is no longer an Instagram-ONLY platform. Introducing: Social Groups, your new dashboard for managing all of your linked social media accounts. Yes, that’s right. All of your social media accounts are in one place at Flick.

Whether you’re still here for Instagram or have your eyes set on Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, and more, we’re bringing them all to you in one location.
It’s important to us at Flick to be the most reliable and in-depth, all-in-one platform for your social media account and we’ve been working hard to make sure that happens.
With the first roll-out, we’re starting with Facebook and will quickly add in all your favorite social channels for your and your clients’ accounts!
Each of your Flick Social Groups will house your brand’s social media platforms in one place. So if you’re a social media agency with a handful of clients, each client can get their very own group that you can quickly flip between. No more wondering if you accidentally scheduled your content to the wrong account—whoops, we’ve done that a few times!—as each group is separate from one another.

How do Social Groups work?

Once you log in to your Flick account, all of your social groups will be on the left-hand side of the screen. You can toggle between each of the groups depending on which accounts you want to work on. In each group, you can check your analytics, research hashtags, and schedule your content in advance.

How do you create a social group?

When you first link an account to Flick, you’re first social group is automatically created and will take the name of the first account you connect.

If you want to create a new Social Group you can follow the steps below to create and link your social media accounts.
1. Head to your Workspace Settings located in your ‘settings’ menu at the bottom of your page.

2. Click on the button to ‘Create new Social Group.’

3. Give your new Social Group a name.

4. Link your social accounts to your Social Group by clicking ‘Link Socials.’
Select the type of social media account you’d like to link. Currently, you can link your Instagram account and Facebook Page. (We’ll be adding more very soon!)

5. Link your socials to Flick! If you’re having trouble doing so, you can follow the links in the wizard to other self-help guides.

How do you edit your social group?

If you need to edit the name or delete your Social Group entirely, you can do it super easily!
All you need to do is:
1. Click on the “option” or “…” button in your Social Group to bring these options up.

Please note that deleting your Social Group will remove the connected accounts too along with any scheduled content. Re-connecting your social accounts will not bring back any lost data.**
